At SmartBazaar, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.

You received the wrong product.

The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

Personal care, hygiene, beauty, or intimate products once opened.

Customized or personalized products.

Clearance or final sale items (unless received damaged or incorrect).
Return Process

Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide further instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the required account details.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount.
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the return policy will apply if the item is eligible.
Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), SmartBazaar will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
Dropshipping Notice
As a dropshipping business, some products are shipped directly from our supplier partners. Delivery timelines and replacement processing may vary depending on product availability and logistics. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
