  • Estimated delivery time across India is 7–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where available), allowing you to track your shipment.

Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing your order. SmartBazaar is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations and products. SmartBazaar reserves the right to disable COD for certain PIN codes, products, or orders at its discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing myearthkart@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product. We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
