Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability. Delivery times may be slightly longer during public holidays, festive seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

As Myearthkart operates on a dropshipping model, some products may be shipped directly from our trusted supplier partners. In certain cases, if your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately and delivered at different times.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment tracking details through your registered email or mobile number, whenever available. Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information provided during checkout are accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout before payment is completed. Any promotional offers related to free shipping will be clearly mentioned on the website and will apply according to the stated terms and conditions.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please do not accept the delivery if possible. Contact us immediately at myearthkart@gmail.com with your Order ID and photographs of the package so that we can assist you with a resolution.
